  • For exchanges, we’ll do our best to send your preferred item quickly.

💡 Note: For returns not due to a fault or error on our side, return shipping will be at your cost.

Enjoy a 1-month warranty for any movement or mechanical issues.

👝 Wallets & Other Accessories:
Get a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing or stitching faults.

What’s not covered:

  • Damage caused by drops, water, or misuse.

  • Scratches, wear and tear from daily use.

  • Battery issues after 1 month (in watches).

  • Items repaired or altered by third parties.
